Your orders are sent on DAP incoterms (Delivered At Place)
The buyer, you, is responsible for paying any import courier clearance fees, local taxes and import duties.
Important information: For the Export orders the Minimum order is £135+vat.
Please note: For export orders containing bulky products like furniture, displays, or molten glass, there may be an additional shipping charge.
At the busiest time(Sept-Dec) order dispatch could take up to 1-3 working days.

Shipping Dangerous Goods
Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods (Pure Essential oils or products containing alcohol such are Aroma Mists or Perfumes.) We can confirm that we can Ship Dangerous Goods by road. For a special bulk order please contact our Export Team. Please note Northern Ireland and Finland customers are only able to receive dangerous goods only by air shipment. Minimum Order
No minimum Order for UK orders (To cover administration, picking and packing costs a charge of £5 + VAT is made on orders of less than £50 + VAT)
For the Export orders, the Minimum order is £135+vat.
Payments
Payments will be in pounds sterling GBP, we accept all major credit or debit cards and also payment by Cheque, Direct Bank Transfer or PayPal.
We prefer that the first order will be paid by Direct Bank Transfer, it is the best way how to get to know each other and start a business partnership in trust and also confidence.
VAT
All prices quoted throughout this site are excluding VAT.
EORI number (necessary for European customers)
Please make sure to provide your EORi number when purchasing from us. It is required to expedite the clearance operations when the goods reach the EU border.
Orders from America.
We do welcome orders from American customers but please be aware that certain products, mainly made in China or Indonesia, will carry extra surcharges.
If you want to know more we can provide you a proforma invoice of your order so you can enquiry about it at your local revenue and taxes bureau.
